We acknowledge receipt, an engineer reviews your request, then calls you back for a scoping conversation, with no commitment. If it leads to an assignment, its scope is written down before anything starts.

If you already have these, attach them or mention them:

  • Building or roof structure drawings
  • Layout drawing of the PV array
  • Datasheets for the modules and the structure
  • Exact location of the site
  • The name of your insurer and the standard required
  • Electricity bills, for an audit
